Featured Artexpo Studio Artist: James E. Caldwell III

As some of you already know, earlier this year we launched Artexpo Studio, the latest in our efforts to empower artists and connect them with a global audience. Artexpo Studio is more than a fine art retail site, it’s a fast growing go-to destination for artists, galleries, and publishers looking for information and tools to grow their business in today’s rapidly changing fine art marketplace. It provides a community not only for artists but art enthusiasts and industry professionals looking for easy access to innovative  new art. Today we are excited to share some news with you on one of our newest member artists, James Caldwell!

“I have always loved cars, as I became more serious about my painting they seemed to be an obvious subject choice. I continue to find capturing the complex reflections and distortions of light and color in the intricate surfaces to be a rewarding challenge.”

James is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design and follows in the footsteps of his father, renowned California landscape painter Jim Caldwell.
