Booth Packages
MAIN FLOOR EXHIBIT SPACE PRICING
A single booth package includes: 10′ high finished white walls, 3 lights, carpeting, signage, catalog listing, first day booth cleaning and unlimited VIP passes. One furniture package will be provided per exhibitor and includes: one 4′ draped table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. A $600 premium will apply to all corners. Additional walls, lighting and furniture are available from the facility at additional cost.
Payment for Exhibit Space is as follows:
- 30% deposit is due upon signing
- Balance due by December 24, 2009

Drayage
Drayage (on-site freight handling) is included in the exhibit space cost subject to the following maximums. Drayage expense above these maximums is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
