Exhibitor Registration

Booth packages include: 10' high finished white walls, 3 lights, carpeting, signage, catalog listing, first day booth cleaning and unlimited VIP passes. One furniture package will be provided per exhibitor and includes: one 4' draped table, two side chairs and one wastebasket. A $600 premium will apply to all corners. Additional walls, lighting and furniture are available from the facility at additional cost.

Refer to the floor plan and list 3 space choices in order of preference (use booth numbers from the show floor plan). We will try to accommodate your preference but requests are for guidance and are not guaranteed. Assignments are based on: (a) Exhibiting History; (b) Artwork Shown; and (c) Space Availability. Final decisions regarding assignment are at the sole discretion of Show Management. All requests will be handled on a first come, first-served basis.

Your booth deposit will be required upon signing. After submitting this form, an Artexpo sales representative will contact you to arrange payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If Exhibitor cancels or reduces its space, written notice must be given and the Exhibitor agrees to pay on demand to ARTEXPO the amounts set forth under the terms and conditions of section 5. This agreement is between the above named exhibitor (herein called "Exhibitor") and Artexpo and shall govern the terms and conditions of the Exhibitor's License of exhibition space from Artexpo in the Exhibition Facility, for the exhibition schedule as outlined in the exhibitor services manual, plus any additional days required for move-in scheduled by Artexpo. Artexpo reserves the right to accept or reject any Exhibitor in its sole discretion. Notification of acceptance will be made within 30 days of Artexpo's initial receipt of Exhibitor's deposit. Agreements not accepted will be refunded in the full amount of deposit submitted, less bank fees if applicable.
