Artist Bio:
Aiyana is a multimedia artist who focuses on the interconnection of life throughout her work to emphasize the immense amount of beauty that make up our daily lives. She uses materials that are most often pushed aside and undervalued as a way to open up the mind of the beholder. She chooses to bring in all aspects of life in her work through vibrancy, abstract, and surrealistic approaches, using mixed media materials that include but are not limited to newspaper, cardboard, stickers, papers, receipts, acrylic paint, spray paint, charcoal, and more. Her most recent and popular series, ‘Subliminal Messages’, highlights how beautiful life can be, and truly is, if we make the conscious decision to see art in everything and everyone around us.
