I am a Russian-American artist, based in New York. My work explores the relationship between nature and memory, inspired by my childhood experiences in the Russian countryside and further developed in my travels of the American West. My works offer an imaginative space to think through the experience of displacement and nostalgia in a moment of radical political transformation and alienation.
